From Naples to Your Neighborhood

'Crust & Craft Pizzeria' started from a vision: to offer true Neapolitan pizza in Rome. The Bianchi family established our pizza shop in 1985 as a quaint, family-operated venue boasting recipes passed down for generations.

The knowledge of pizza crafting for 'Marco Bianchi', our originator, came from her time spent across Italy, learning from esteemed pizzaiolos in Naples—where pizza was conceived. After coming back to the UK, her aim was to replicate that Italian pizza enchantment with age-old techniques and superior ingredients.

Initially a humble pizzeria with only 12 seats, we have now flourished into a cherished neighborhood fixture. Even so, our dedication to creating high-quality, true-to-roots pizza stays unchanged. We continue using wood-burning ovens, preparing our dough from scratch every day, and looking for the best ingredients available.

Currently, 'Crust & Craft Pizzeria' is still under the ownership and management of the Bianchi family's second generation, who helm our enthusiastic crew. Despite adopting a few contemporary practices, our company's core—forges delectable, genuine pizzas that unite folks—stays intact.
